Terms and Conditions for RMA Portal
1. Overview
- These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) portal provided by FS Holding Ltd for our B2B clients. By accessing this portal, your business agrees to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility
- Only products purchased directly from FS Holding Ltd are eligible for an RMA request.
- Submitted RMA requests will be accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods.
3. RMA Process
- To request an RMA, fill out the form available on our portal with the required information: the sales order number, product SKU, reason for return, problem description with video or photo proofs
- Once submitted, you will receive an RMA number. Products returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
- Returns and exchanges are possible for items that have been previously returned
4. Conditions for Return
- Products must be undamaged, in original packaging, and include all components and documentation unless the return pertains to a defect or order error.
- Returns of customized products are not generally accepted unless due to an error in customization by FS Holding Ltd.
5. Return Shipping
- Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
- Upon receipt, returned products will undergo inspection. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned product fails to meet our return criteria.
- Applicable refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days after the inspection is complete
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Limitations on Returns
- Certain items such as Jerseys, t-shirts, polo, hoodies, sweaters, jackets, arm sleeves headware are not returnable after use.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
8. Warranty Claims
- Products under warranty may be eligible for repair or replacement. Warranty claims must be initiated separately and are subject to the specific terms of the warranty provided at the time of purchase.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt.
- We may require photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the portal following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Europian Union.
